“Every day is a good day,” says a Zen Master. Let’s make that our creed for today. Enjoy your life today – every moment of it: It is all you really have right now.

Your Gratitude Journal – Who are your friends today – present and past. Write their names down. Six of them. Feel their presence.

Today’s Meditation: Stay with the toning-meditation twice today. For a few days try giving up the newspaper and watching the news: If you can do this until the end of this program – that would be even better. (I gave it all up about 20 years ago. I discovered that if something is really important for me to know, I’ll find out.)

Giving to Others – Use that great device called a phone. Or, write a letter. You might want to choose one of your six on your gratitude list today. Communicate with one of them – tell them that you love them.
