The Giving Game – Day 3



In the following call you don’t need to listen to “The Buddy System” unless you are planning to mentor a group, but the other two sections are extremely helpful! I’m sharing this call because I realized I talked about some things that I often share in private sessions or on a conference call, but hadn’t managed to add into the Game. So I hope you find this helpful – especially if you are doing the daily lessons on your own or with your own friends, you’ll discover some great pieces to the puzzle!

Create 1 Hour a day for YOU!

Your Gratitude Journal: First thing in the morning (before you get out of bed) write 3 things you’re grateful for and 3 more just before you go to bed (your subconscious mind will then ‘work’ on gratitude all night long!) Guess how much fun it is to wake up in gratitude? If you want the FULL experience – go to sleep listening to the Toning Meditation!  When you feel gratitude you naturally attract more to be grateful for. Practice feeling gratitude and appreciation, and watch your life respond. It just takes a little focus.  (Speaking of focus – How’s that ‘7 Day Mental Diet’? Focusing on gratitude makes it SO much easier!)

The Secret to Living is Giving:   1. In your journal write the answer to this question:  What do you care for most deeply?  2.  Share a kind word and smile with a stranger.
