“We avoid people and situations that trigger us.  But all along we’re missing the point, which is that by surrounding ourselves with like-minded people, we’re diminishing the impact that life has on us.  We’re narrowing the opportunity to grow and expand.

 

1.  What does “I x V = R” mean to you?  (Confused?  Listen to Part 1!!)

2. Next time you feel your buttons being pushed – just stand there.  Experience your feelings.  Don’t shut down.

3. Say to yourself, “I’m not going to move away from this situation because it’s uncomfortable.  This situation holds the greatest potential for my growth.”
